Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer full refunds only exchanges on apparel and we do not offer exchanges or refunds on any fitness programs. 


All exchanges must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the purchase date. All exchanged items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


To exchange and item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of

purchase, and email us at for further instructions. 

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you

use a trackable method to mail your return.


After receiving your return item and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange return.We will notify you by email when your exchange has been processed.
